Shelly Wold, PSY.D.

Dr. Shelly Wold is a licensed clinical psychologist with a deep specialty in parenting, teen anxiety, and the particular challenges that come with raising neurodivergent kids. She works with children, teens, and adults, and has particular expertise in helping parents of neurodivergent children find steadier footing, both in their parenting and within themselves.

Shelly works with women navigating postpartum challenges, infertility, anxiety, depression, burnout, and major life transitions. She specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps clients connect with what matters most to them and move toward a rich, meaningful life, even in the face of life's inevitable challenges. Her work is grounded in science and delivered with a lot of heart.
