Many women contact us either for support for themselves or for someone they love. During the pandemic, we realized we were sending too many people away, because we didn’t have capacity to see everyone, or weren’t specialized in all of the areas where support was needed. In order to meet this demand and broaden our scope of being helpful, we decided we had to grow! We work specifically with people of all ages and genders, throughout California, on issues such as relationships, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, infertility, prenatal stress reduction, postpartum, infidelity, menopausal changes, health management, life transitions, grief and loss, and bipolar support. Treatment modalities include CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Treatment), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Psychodynamic, Schema-Informed and Relational approaches.
