    We work specifically with people of all ages and genders, throughout California, on issues such as relationships, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, infertility, prenatal stress reduction, postpartum, infidelity, menopausal changes, health management, life transitions, grief and loss, and bipolar support. Treatment modalities include CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Treatment), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Psychodynamic, Schema-Informed and Relational approaches. This holistic, solution-focused psychotherapy will both challenge and inspire you to grow as a whole, healthy individual.
