Taylor Bunkers specializes in guiding clients towards growth and healing. With a focus on harnessing inner strengths and resilience, Taylor works with adults, teenagers, and couples, tailoring her approach to each individual’s unique needs. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of modalities, Taylor creates a supportive environment where mindfulness, compassion, humor, warmth, and curiosity thrive. She believes in acknowledging the whole person and fosters meaningful connections with her clients, recognizing that the therapeutic relationship is essential to fostering growth.

Taylor’s passion lies in supporting individuals and couples through life transitions, particularly birthing parents and their partners. Her commitment to this field is reflected in her training, including a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Certificate from Postpartum Support International and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy Training. Currently pursuing her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), Taylor is dedicated to providing specialized care in this crucial area.

Prior to her career in therapy, Taylor spent nearly a decade in the tech industry, where she honed her skills in relationship building and collaboration. Now, she brings this expertise to her therapeutic practice, creating a space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and experience working with complex trauma at OMI Family Center in San Francisco, Taylor is well-equipped to guide her clients toward greater well-being.
